There’s a ticking noise that we most often never hear. To think that something so abstract like time, could be attached to the simple sound of a ticking noise. They say “Time is of the Essence,” the heart of every single life, of every problem, of every story there is to tell. The clocks hands are not merely just hands. That one go around changes millions of lives. No ticking noise. Just the sound of bustle, whistles, metal being pushed together, honking, shouting, crying. The essence lies within the beauty wrapped in between the ticking noise and the hands. Oh the beauty of being in one place at the same time, to be young and to be old. They say, “…stop and smell the flowers.” You get that rush of nature for a quick minute or two, the importance of taking life for granted is just as important as taking time for granted. Stop and hear the ticking of the clock for a change. Never take time in its own form, for granted.
